We had the distinct pleasure to interview award winning designer Rucha Ghadge about their original and creative Environmental Graphics design work. Rucha Ghadge is an award-winning communication designer, that makes our world a better place with their original environmental graphics works.
Rucha Ghadge ("RG") answered Design Interview ("DI") questions about their award-winning work Tirupati Illustrations Environmental Graphics. Interview questions prepared by Frank Scott.
RG : The idea is to convey Tirupati as a contemporary city keeping in mind its roots and highly religious nature.
RG : I wanted to push the abstract aspects of the illustration as much as possible while still trying to be respectful of the deities represented.
RG : It took me a month to come up and execute this project.
RG : It was assigned to me as a part of my college curriculum.
RG : I worked on mostly Illustrator for this project.
RG : The files were really really heavy for this one.
RG : A faculty member made us aware of this award and encouraged me to participate.
RG : I think I became more confident in my ability to execute detailed vectors as that was something I was really unsure.
