We had the distinct pleasure to interview award winning designer Anna Muratova about their original and creative Website design work. Anna Muratova is an award-winning communication designer, that makes our world a better place with their original website works.
Anna Muratova ("AM") answered Design Interview ("DI") questions about their award-winning work Stenson Website. Interview questions prepared by Frank Scott.
AM : I wanted to represent ski resort in a different way, to make it stand out. The inspiration for this website came from skiing. In the design I used triangles that symbolize the mountains. Also the website has bold typography and lots of natural photography of the place.
AM : I wanted to make this website interesting and at the same time convenient and easy for users.
AM : I plan to add animation for this website.
AM : Design took a month. The project started in November and finished in December.
AM : I did this concept because the theme of ski resort is close to me.
AM : Mostly young people, who want to go to this ski resort.
AM : The design itself, using triangles that symbolize the mountains, bright color. Also, unusual block with prices.
AM : I wanted it to be easy to remember and pronounce.
AM : I used Adobe Photoshop.
AM : Representing big amount of information in a simple and minimalist website.
AM : The challenge was to make the website interesting and at the same time intuitive and easy for users.
AM : I got an email from one of the managers with invitation to participate and decided to try it. And I really glad for that!
