We had the distinct pleasure to interview award winning designer Sha Yang about their original and creative Toy design work. Sha Yang is an award-winning industrial designer, that makes our world a better place with their original toy works.
Sha Yang ("SY") answered Design Interview ("DI") questions about their award-winning work Movable wooden animals Toy. Interview questions prepared by Frank Scott.
SY : My inspiration come from children, I am looking for how to design some toys let children play happy and stimulate their immaginations. I hope I can create some toys which they can move freely rather than static like a sculpture in one place.
SY : Fun, playful and moveable, humorous
SY : Around half year.
SY : My oringinal intention is insimulating children's immagination, my work just abstract animal shapes are good gor children to immgine anything, and also the diversity movements in animals are full of fun, children play them to look for their own happiness. I hope my work can be mass production, I am looking for a producer who will be interested in my project.
SY : I am looking for a producer that might be intherested in produce them.
