RM : How to make a big skateboard mobile and easy to carry? How can we (designers) have a big sketch board everywhere in our small stylish bags?!
RM : We wanted to design a mobile and easy to carry big size (A3 or A4) sketch board without loosing any quality of regular sketch boards. "Small but full size!", how can we achieve this in a new product? this was what we worked on.
RM : We plan to mass produce this product with a new material like aluminum or a new kind of processed wood based material. We may use crowd funding to collect our expected finance for the next step.
RM : It took 6 weeks of work on the very first idea to reach to the final prototype.
RM : This project started based on a very personal need and an internal motivation. The need for sketching is a well known desire for every design geek and we all suffer that!
RM : We haven't have a plan to sell the rights of our design to a company or organization. We basically design it for ourselves. But if there is a good offer we surely consider it.
