DI: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design?

CWC : A Child's imagination

DI: What has been your main focus in designing this work? Especially what did you want to achieve?

CWC : To try to work with the child's inquisitive nature as a springboard to expanding their imaginations about the urban environment

CWC : To replicate this is future cities

CWC : Commisioned project

DI: What made you design this particular type of work?

CWC : A belief that the urban environment is actually a fun place in the eyes of the children.

DI: What sets this design apart from other similar or resembling concepts?

CWC : An understanding of children's ergonomical and behavioural attributes

DI: How did you come up with the name for this design? What does it mean?

CWC : The name suggest an alternative landscape that is derived from the dome

DI: Which design tools did you use when you were working on this project?

CWC : Auto Cad, 3D max

DI: What is the most unique aspect of your design?

CWC : It is not only popular with children but has become a temporary insertion in the urban lanscape to be enjoyed by all .

DI: What are some of the challenges you faced during the design/realization of your concept?

CWC : The lack of budget forced us to rethink about the use of semi readymade materials to put together the installation.

DI: How did you decide to submit your design to an international design competition?

CWC : Always been interested in competitions
